“Our River Stories: Here is the story of my Auntie Linda. She was a Tracer at Swan Hunter Shipyards and worked there until she had her children. One day she was telling me about her job and she said she still had some of her tracing. The next time I saw her she brought them round including these photos.”

“I couldn’t believe the skill and talent. It got me thinking how much talent there was and is in the North East and how it is sad that these industries are gone. I am very proud of her.”
